We produce passport, visa and identity photographs for UK and international applications from our North London N6 studio. Requirements depend on the issuing authority, document type and whether the application is online, by post or in person.
Bring the current application checklist, portal reference or embassy instructions. We will match the requested size, crop, background, print finish and digital file limits.
How we keep official photos compliant
- We distinguish between printed, digital-upload, secure photo-code and live-capture applications.
- We use a neutral biometric pose, even lighting and the background specified by the relevant authority.
- We do not use beauty filters, AI, face reshaping, skin retouching or background replacement on official photographs.
- Some authorities now take the photograph at the appointment; in those cases we will tell you that a supplied photo is not normally required.
We check the latest requirements and application procedures beforehand. Final acceptance rests with the issuing authority, and rules can change. The country pages link directly to official guidance and show when each summary was checked.
Order by application route
Remote orders require an original, unedited image with enough space around the head and shoulders. A passport-style print and a portal-ready digital file are not automatically interchangeable.
