• Take the photo: Use the rear camera at full resolution, even daylight, a plain background and a straight-on head-and-shoulders composition with spare space around the subject.
• Send the original: Do not crop, filter, retouch or send through an app that reduces quality. Upload or email the original camera file.
• Application route: Tell us the exact country, document and portal. We prepare the requested crop and file limits, but secure code or live-capture routes may require a local approved provider or in-person appointment.
